The Catalogarius system was created, tested and approved by a team of six experts, antique store owners, former auction house specialists and dealers with a combined experience of over one century in the antiques business and multiple decades in the e-commerce business.
Made for antique dealers
A common problem in the antiques business is buying more items than one can list for sale in a reasonable timeframe. Platforms have specific requirements and listing takes time.
We are cutting the time needed to list an average item. Shorten the time needed to post an item from an average of 6 minutes to 30 seconds for stamps and from 15 minutes to 2 minutes for books.

How it works?
- A photo is uploaded and the item is identified
A user uploads the photos of one or more items they would like to be described. Our system identifies the item.
2. Metadata & descriptions
Based on the photo and the public records on platforms, auction catalogs, archives, libraries and other sources, we compile a metadata file. The file will contain sections for title, attributes/specifics, category, tags, description and a condition report.
3. File Output
Depending on the desired platform, the system creates a .CSV, JSON or .TXT file that fits the requirements of the chosen platform. The system will assign a category and all the relevant attributes to every item.
4. Upload
If the user has submitted their API-keys the system will upload the file to the platforms automatically, if not, a file will be generated for the user to upload to the platform manually.

Supported Platforms
Each platform has its own categories, keyword limitations and guidelines, attributes, formats and other finer distinctions. Our models are trained differently in order to maximize the chance of an item appearing as high in the internal search and thus increasing the chance of making a sale.
