All i<strong>nvoices must be paid within 4 working days<\/strong> from receiving the invoice. Service Minimums will be introduced starting 4Q 2026, users will be notified in advance and be given an option to opt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accounts will be suspended if a payment confirmation is not received within 5 working days of the issuing of the invoice.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Service minimums<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have a <strong>$12 \/ 10\u20ac \/ \u00a39 minimum monthly charge per account<\/strong> (Starting 4Q 2026) to cover for servers and administrative expenses associated with running an account. If the monthly billing of the user is under the applicable minimum, the user will be billed the monthly charge. If the user&#8217;s monthly bill is above the service fee, the user will not be liable for the minimum fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Example 1: A French seller in VAT listed items for a total of 100\u20ac for a calendar month. The user will be billed 100\u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Example 2: An Italian seller outside of VAT listed items for a total of 5\u20ac for a calendar month. The user will be billed 10\u20ac + 22% (applicable VAT) = 12,2\u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Example 3: A UK seller (regardless of VAT) listed items for a total of \u00a37 for a calendar month. The user will be billed \u00a39 (the service minimum).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Applicable VAT for EU based users<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EU-based sellers <strong>in the VAT system are not liable for VAT<\/strong> in their countries.<br>EU-based sellers <strong>outside the VAT system are liable for VAT <\/strong>at the rate applied in the country of residence. This applies to private sellers as well.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Integration fees<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are <strong>no integration fees nor subscription fees for platforms<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, <strong>integration fees occur for proprietary websites<\/strong>. Depending on the type of website and integration complexity the fee varies.
